NWS and the GDF Working Group state that the eventual operational surface facility will be 1 square km (although the area may be larger during the construction phase).
Farmers and Land Agents will see it as 247 acres or 155 footbal piches.
Locals could think of 2 x the Easington Gas Terminals site area, or the same size as Saltend Chemicals Park.
